We stand behind our work. If we have delivered something that doesn't
perform as it was supposed to, we will make it work, at no additional
cost to you. If we are unable to do that, we will refund your money.
However, there are several limitations on our guarantee. First,
as our client, you will have certain obligations and responsibilities
spelled out in our project agreement. Among those obligations will
be such things as providing information and access to key decision
makers, as well as paying for our services. Your failure to meet
those obligations on a timely basis could void the guarantee.
Certain forces beyond our reasonable control - flood, fire, earthquake,
labor strike, civil unrest, for example - may cause delay or outright
inability on our part to deliver a product or provide a service
as we had agreed. Such events limit our guarantee and generally
result in an adjustment to the project schedule, and possibly the
budget, as well. In the worst (and most unlikely) case, they could
result in complete project failure.
This page is intended to provide no more than a general sense of
the terms and limitations of our guarantee. Each project agreement
contains detail about the guarantee specific to that agreement.
